The Selective Work Aptitude Test

The Selective Work Aptitude Test helps us differentiate early-career candidates beyond their CVs. Our proprietary Situational Judgment Test (SJT) uses animated scenarios with voiceovers to assess candidates' decision-making skills and working preferences. Combined with video introductions, we provide a clearer, data-driven way to evaluate thousands of applicants efficiently. This enables us to benchmark candidates against our network average and helps our hiring partners filter our shortlists with real, job-relevant insights.

Early Careers

We spent over a year of research and development to create an assessment aimed specifically at candidates who lacked experience. The S.W.A.T assessment is therefore able to predict how effective a candidate will be in new environments that may require a lot of learning, training and initiative.

These reports provide deeper insight into how candidates think, work, and contribute, helping you find the right fit by going beyond the CV.
